On 6 June 2015, the two best European men's football teams faced off in Berlin's Olympic Stadium. More than 70,000 fans in the stadium and millions of enthusiastic spectators watching on screens around the world were cheering on the top teams in the fight for Europe's most coveted title. Two teams, Juventus and FC Barcelona, were on the "Road to Berlin". FC Barcelona won the final with 3:1 against Juventus.

UEFA Champions Festival

The UEFA Champions Festival was located in the magnificent setting of the Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg Gate). The Champions Festival started at the historical site of Pariser Platz and continue west through the Brandenburg Gate, across Platz des 18. März and along the first part of Straße des 17. Juni. With more entertainment, music, and football activities from UEFA and its partners than ever before, it was an event not to be missed. Admission to the festival was free and will gave visitors the chance to sample a real Champions League experience:

  • Have your photo taken with the UEFA Champions League trophy
  • Meet former stars of the UEFA Champions League at one of the autograph sessions
  • Watch the Ultimate Champions match on Friday 5 June which will see UEFA Champions
    League legends go head to head in a five-aside match
  • Play on the pitch in front of the monumental Brandenburg Gate
  • Have a chance to win tickets to the final and take the Champions League trophy to the stadium
  • Enjoy some of Berlin and Germany’s best local DJs and bands on the Champions Festival stage
  • Watch some of the best youth football from around the world at the UEFA Young Champions tournament
  • Enjoy the Champions film and other short films from around the world on the giant screen at the Champions Festival open-air cinema
  • Test your skills in football activities organised by UEFA Champions League partners and against some of world-renowned football freestylers
